Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that at least 50% of the product remains to be eligible for a clinical satisfaction refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
